Elizabeth and I chatted prior to my massage to inform her of sensitive problem areas. As she approached these areas she worked carefully making sure I had no pain. She was able to work in most of the areas to help relax the muscles and avoided areas that are too sensitive to massage. Her care and skill allowed me to relax while she worked with me. I will be seeing her on a monthly basis and I will definitely recommend her to my friends.

Great massage. Elizabeth was attentive and she got the upper back to a less painful spot, I didn't expect no pain. She went softer at the spots that were tender and tight, she stretched areas to get the muscles to loosen up. Overall a very good massage.

I cannot recommend Barb more highly. She has made such a positive difference in my body. I see her monthly & can confidently say that the ongoing work is key to the improvement I am experiencing in what has been a several decades struggle with chronic low back pain. Working with Barb and my acupuncturist (Sandy Homer) I've been able to resume activities that I enjoy without daily doses of ibuprofen to get me through my days & nights. It's so important to give these forms of bodywork time... they are not one & done processes.
