I've been training with Jonathan Spears for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about the experience. I've gone from a chronic IT band issue that was limiting my activities to doing pretty much whatever I want to pain free. Now that the Spears Strong Lab is open, the group workouts are a regular part of my day. Each class works out multiple parts of the body. Workouts change frequently - I'm never bored and my body feels much stronger and more balanced than ever before. Spears Strong also has a terrific massage therapist on staff and that's awesome. Do a workout, roll right into a massage. Perfection!

Spears Strong workouts help me build strength as well as restore balance to my body. Jonathan, Shelby and Sarah are very positive and supportive and focus on whole health, posting useful health and wellness articles on their blog and FB page. They have worked to create an environment where people of all fitness levels and athletic abilities can come together and encourage each other. The workouts vary, so I never get bored and the group is friendly and fun!

I have never felt so good or moved so well. I have exceeded my fitness dreams with how strong I have become with Spears Strong functional training. I can't wait to see what I can accomplish next!
