I will start by saying that these people are super nice and I left very happy with my pretty nails.I will add however, that their website advertises solar nails, which is what I requested, and I was given acrylic. Confusingly, the guy told me to choose colors and then I was never asked about the colors, but given pink. Strange miscommunications happening there.I also sat down at a station that still had quite a bit of nail dust and human nail clippings (not mine) on the table top. The electric grinding tool came out and I could see that the dusty box full of attachments have been shared by many people. Same with the big nail file at the end. I just had the most beautiful experience with Lein. I did a dip with design and showed her what I wanted - which was combining a few different ideas together.my nail shape is beautiful, she covered my entire nail getting as close as possible to the cutie for an elegant and finished look, and the nail art is exquisite!Everyone was kind and friendly and absolutely wonderful.Update: every set is my favorite set! The best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They truly pamper you from the moment you walk thru the door. I made an appointment online and was seated quickly. Lily did my pedicure and she was so thorough and attentive. My feet have never felt so soft. I got the Leo pedicure. Also, the establishment is so clean, inviting and luxurious.
