Would not recommend going here for eyelash extensions. The lady that did them placed them really close to my actual eye, and they were extremely uneven and messed up. I had to fix them myself and she did not apply to the lashes that i requested.Service: Eyelash extensions

Went in for a lash lift and tint. Immediately after the service was done I told them my lashes did not look any different. I was assured that by the next day they would look lifted (something about the tint can make them seem not lifted??) I gave it the timeframe, called back in when they still did not look any different and was told since I cannot come back in they would work on refunding me. That hasn’t happened yet, I’ve called to check and have not heard back! Really disappointed in the service.Service: Lash lift

Horrible experience. Booked online. received a text message about 25 minutes before appointment asking me to come in later because she was behind. I proceeded to text multiple times to find out when I should come in and didn’t get enough respect for my time and business to receive a courtesy text back. I’m unsure how a business survives with this kind of customer service.Service: Haircut
