“I have used Mount Vernon Vision Source for many years and have had nothing but good experiences with Dr Jones and the staff. Today I had my annual exam and ordered new glasses. The staff at the desk was very courteous and Dr Jones was friendly as always. But the highlight of my day was my experience picking out new glasses. I was helped by Diana and I have not had a more fun time picking out glasses. She really listened to what I wanted and picked out a great selection to choose from. She was incredibly funny and immediately made me feel comfortable. She gave me good advice on the various glasses and explained the pros and cons of each of the pairs as I went through them. I felt like more than just another client. I felt seen and heard. As I said before, I've never had a bad experience in this office but today was outstanding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
