I am addicted! I love the benefits of the infrared saunas, and how quickly you can get a sweat on and a good workout! It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t feel like they have time to spend at the gym because you can literally do a 15-30 minutes and be drenched while detoxing too! It’s a win win!
