If I could I’d give them more than a 5. After a very bad experience with another plumbing company this experience was a breath of fresh air. Over the phone he diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater and it was a simple and inexpensive solution. I also had them replace an old pressure control valve which took some ingenuity to complete the job. Kurt did an amazing job!

Called to get a quote to see what might be causing the water on our floor. Gave me a potential quick fix over the phone, and didn't shame me when I called back with another question. Very nice, honest guy. Will definitely use in the future for projects!

There was a burst water pipe in my garage. Berentson Plumbing had a man on the job as soon as the insurance inspector allowed it. The gentleman who came to do the work was courteous and very quick to get the job done. Berentson Plumbing is the best!
