We appreciated Nolan’s knowledge and thorough explanations as he completed detailed Silver Shield maintenance check on our AH/heat pump.
He was able to replace the existing 3 yr old Honeywell thermostat that was on warranty. (Thermostat was unable to change time.)
Nolan took care in examining our older Regency fireplace insert and though we knew of a few slight, minor cracks in the burner, he actually showed them to us, and explained what to watch for going forward. :)
It was a pleasure having Nolan in our home.
Mr Sahid Morales-Montes arrived well within the estimated time window and was very polite and professional. Explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, showed me interesting things about my furnace and fireplace.
