“From my experience, this is the bar I will hold all other yoga studios to.Great location, great room, great vibes, great coaches. Good price.I’d like to specifically shout out Thangs classes as well - a perfect balance of great cue-ing, challenging/new, and the meditative/mindfulness.Only changes I’d want would be the class times - would’ve loved to see a 7:30 am and the 3pm was removed for the summer.“

“I did the Delight in Your Life program with Kael in 2021 and am still reaping the benefits of that I learned and how I started taking care of myself. I call her my angel because she was a much needed healing and guiding presence that allowed me to feel and take care of myself in a very trying time in my life when I was working 60-70 hours a week and suffering from adrenal fatigue. I highly recommend this program and anything Kael does! Everyone needs a Kael in their life!! ❤️“

“Hands down the best acupuncture experience I’ve ever had! I did 7 sessions focusing on releasing emotional blockages and felt significant shifts over the month!! I would even say life changing… Jenna is a great listener and knows exactly what to do (tapping, cupping, acupuncture, craniosacral) in the sessions based off the feelings or physical pain that surface & Kaia is also the best presence to have around ?“

Moncure Massage & Doula Care Yoga

“Simply said, Elizabeth Moncure is an incredible massage therapist. Her natural intuition, deep knowledge of the body, and 15+ years of experience is obvious on the table. She does a wonderful job of checking in at the beginning of the session to ensure that she’s understanding your needs/goals. I love well-applied deep pressure, and she’s able to exert that beautifully. Simultaneously, I appreciate her encouragement for communication, checking in, and cuing when she can sense us working through a difficult area. Smart, warm, funny, and nurturing, it’s no wonder she has such a dedicated clientele. Anyone AND everyone would benefit from the therapy she provides. She’s also a doula, and I can absolutely imagine how I would feel having her myriad qualities guiding and supporting me in that life-changing experience that can be so beautiful and complicated at the same time. She’s skilled in reading what’s needed in many “arenas.”“

“Kate is absolutely amazing. By far one of the very best body workers I’ve gone to see. Both times I have gone in the outcome has been the same, movement patterns and my body has shown significant improvement almost immediately. I’ve scheduled another 8 appointments after yesterday’s visit.

I have done quite a bit of body work over the years from massage, acupuncture, cupping and now Rolfing. I definitely think Rolfing is the end game solution to improving movement and reducing pain in my body.

Kate’s office is really quiet, very clean, and super comfortable. I’d highly recommend Kate and her practice to anyone who leads an active lifestyle, or works in a physical labor field. The results are very beneficial.

“I’ve been going to this studio for about a year and a half now and only have wonderful things to say about the yoga practice and instructors. Each instructor has their own style, which I love because every class is different and unique. I’ve been practicing on and off for seven years and have been to many studios, both independent and chain and nothing compares to RCF Studio. If you are looking for a yoga studio that puts time and effort into building a strong community look no further! ?“

Club Pilates Yoga

“I just upgraded to unlimited (and you will too if you give it a try) within my 3 month commitment. Club Pilates is the most amazing environment I've ever had working out, and I've tried it all. The studio itself is transparent and friendly and informative! It's clean and the equipment is well cared for.Pilates is not about competition or about showing up at 100% each time. It is about your body and how it works. It is about control of your muscles and mind and breathing. It is about getting stronger and more balanced each time. It's also more often than not about "feet in straps"... and it can also be about cardio if you take those classes, or happen to have an instructor that is extra bouncy! Each instructor has their own personality and brings their own style to the reformer, which is great and fun to come back knowing what kind of class you will have based on the person. Even in my first class, I felt welcomed and safe and encouraged to only go as far as I could that day.As someone with chronic low back pain, I can vouch that Pilates done regularly (even at home if you only go in twice a week!) will keep the low back pain at bay (yes they have virtual classes).I've been going for 2 months and have 12 classes under my belt. I am very excited to continue on this journey with everyone at the studio!“

“A really love Cherises slow flow and restore classes. I like that she adapts and offers up all levels of capability within one session and is adept at reading the energy. She always keeps it interesting and the tweaks she makes while in poses really ensure correct alignment which is actually quite challenging but lovely. Honestly every class and instructor at yoga six brings something special to the practice. Finding Yoga six has definately been transformative. am so happy to practice here.“
