Graham was wonderful to work with. We had our cast iron tub refinished a little over five years ago by a different refinisher in the area. At that time I was bamboozled into accepting the glued on mat as an upgrade when in reality it was a significant downgrade that came with multiple problems. I had the glued on mat replaced and no matter what we did it lifted around the corners. We pulled out the mat, and the discoloration from the prior refinish showing the original porcelain finish under the mat was driving me crazy. I had a great experience with Graham. He had no problem removing an old sealant and making my tub look new. The drain was also rusty and water pooled like a moat and he did a great job making it look brand new and with no moat. Finally, I was extra appreciative that he helped us remove and replace some undried grout that was improperly installed by our contractor. I definitely recommend Graham.

I got two bathtubs refinished, one by Graham and one by his near competitor in Seattle so I got a direct comparison. This is the guy you want to do your tub - it wasn't even close.
