“Great company! Amazing work! Exceptionally professional team, they took the time to make sure the new roof was perfect. I have an older home, a 1937 Tudor. To install a new roof isn't something easy, older homes take longer, need more attention to detail and can be a work in progress. You never know what will show up.

This company delivered! It took more days than they said but I was fine with it, this isn’t a new home with a more modern roof slope. The roof is guaranteed for 30 years and it looks wonderful!

“Amazing Quality Work! We got 4 bids from respected roofers and took Tekline - not because it was the lowest bid - but because they were more thorough in addressing the roofing issues. We knew there were complexities with our old roof. We were not disappointed with the choice. This is the most professional outfit we’ve worked with in 30 years of home ownership. On the day scheduled the crew was there at 8am setting up, materials, tools, safety gear port a pottie - within an hour they were on the roof. It was the hardest working crew EVER going hard all they way til 6pm. They encountered the anticipated problems and moved through they with professional and long term solutions. “When it was time to replace our roof, I got estimates from 3 companies and my interactions with Elliot at Oasis Construction were always positive. He was able to coordinate an initial visit within a day and provided an estimate within 24 hours. We had a lot of back and forth to go over the details of the estimate/contract, but that was all on me. I had lots of questions and Elliot was always so patient and I never had to wait long for a response. I was also getting other quotes using different roofing materials from Owens Corning and he agreed to redo his estimate using those same materials so that I could do an apples to apples comparison.Once we had sorted out the details, and I was looking at 3 different estimates, Elliot's cost was the lowest of the three. He was also willing to provide a payment plan that allowed us to extend our payments out 2 months. All of this added up to what felt like a great working relationship.We coordinated a start date, but adjusted because of the weather, and when the crew showed up to begin work, they were extremely kind and respectful. The work took a little longer than expected, in part because our roof has a lot of different, adjoining angles and overhangs, but also because there were 2 guys on the crew. A neighbor recently had their roof done and there was a crew of 8 people who got the job done in 2 days. With 2 guys, it took 6 full days of work. We didn't mind that it took a few days, especially with how wonderful everything looks, now that the work is done. They did an amazing job, and even patched up some holes that squirrels had made in the soffits. The team was always kind and when I checked in with them, they always provided an update on how things were going.I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot and Oasis Construction for your roofing needs in West Seattle. “Russ was super responsive getting estimates and during the bidding process. Competitively priced (wasn't my first priority though), masterful weather forecasting in navigating the crummy weather this spring and his team did fantastic work.I had three layers of composite shingles stacked on one another. Apparently 3-4 tons of material EACH. To get it all done and the roof sealed in the one dry day we had in a week, they hit it with an army of people but by doing so, were able to finish the job at a time when others would not have been working. Working from home that day may not have been the best idea (I have new respect for people living through a shelling now...) but they got the job done, well, and you'd almost not known they were there after they left.Services: Roof installation“
