Dr. Jeanie Welker is incredible. She takes her time with each patient and asks questions to determine what treatment is best for our pets. She has been caring for our sister-puppies since birth. She provided clear plans when the pups had developmental delays and provides alternatives to expensive medicines. She treats the whole pet. Recently one of our pups went in for an ear infection. An ear cleaning and a single treatment in office was enough to clear up her irritation immediately. We are thankful to have Dr. Welker in our corner.
I have been to this vet hospital a couple of times for my cat, just for annual check ups. The staff here is amazing and they are great at explaining things.

Our cat unfortunately passed away in January (he was 15 and had very sudden health issues so we took him to an emergency vet) and I had to call and cancel a regular appointment he had with Normandy. After I explained that we had to say goodbye to him, we received this card in the mail from the staff. It was incredibly kind and once we get new pets we will definitely be bringing them here.
We’ve been taking Bentley to Normandy veterinarian for years. He is getting old, almost 15. Dr. Barkley was gracious, caring and informative. She, like us, want Bentley’s older years to be comfortable and as pain-free as possible! The veterinarian assistant and Dr. Barkley as well as the front desk Manager, Gave their time and caring without rushing us at all! I know several other people who bring their beloved pet to these three doctors at Normandy veterinarian hospital. I trust them implicitly, they are gems.?
