I'm so pleased with my care here because I never have to wait and it's seamless and well organized. Paul in the lab is maybe the best draw in the west because I barely feel the needle and he's so fast, never has to try again. Great staff and great service. I can get almost everything done here at my neighborhood clinic. And it's so nice and clean! I don't miss the old portables one bit. Burien deserved the update. And the Covid testing was never a wait. I used to tell people it was worth the drive here during the pandemic because it wasn't as busy as the other sites.

I love coming to this medical center: I have come here often over the past year and a half. I have always been seen promptly and been given courteous and appropriate interventions. The waiting area is lovely with a big fireplace. Labs and Optical have also been timely with courteous and appropriate interventions. As a retired RN I know what is good and poor service.

The service is good, when you get there, but you can't call this center directly and the hold times for KP are absolutely ridiculous. Often they are greater than 15 minutes and sometimes you just get disconnected and have to start all over again. The Burien Center is not even listed on the appointment options for a Covid shot. What kind of community medicine is this?
