I'm torn with this review. 4 stars for the tattoo, 2 stars for customer service. He did a beautiful flower as a cover up on my lower back. There was a bit of the tattoo I was going to come back in for. Problem is, I was offered a late evening for the day I contacted to schedule, or nothing. 8pm on a weekday. I couldn't get a response after contacting a couple of times for rescheduling. Was told they would speak with the artist and never got back to me. I called and was told again they would speak to the artist. After no response I went ahead and found an artist at another shop finish it.Services: Tattoo cover-ups & reworkings

I'm thinking about getting a tattoo from here but the tattoo shop next to it threatened one of my friends over the phone because she was trying to apologize to an old friend that works here very uninviting environment idk if I want to go over to this area

I didn't really know what I wanted, but what was designed was perfect. One of those, "I'll know what I want when I see it" moments. A wonderful experience overall, but I could have used a little more communication. I thought a design would be ready when I arrived to have the work done and was concerned that I'd not seen it yet. He waited until I was there to work on it, which turned out to be the best way to do it, I just wish I knew beforehand. Otherwise, the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was the volume inside the shop. Loud movie on the TV plus loud music was kind of a lot.I love the tattoo! It says everything I wanted it to say.
