Dennis came within 48 hours of my call to diagnose the extend of the issue and neutralize the mold until he could provide the full service. He picked up the car and did a thorough deep cleaning detailing job and identified the leak via water tests. When the car was ready, he met me at the body shop with my car to further assess and fix the leak. Dennis provided detailed updates every step of the way, and when additional work was required he notified me for my approval before taking action. They used SystemX Pro and did the glass and wheels also.
Jack took the time to explain all of the product and process options so I would get what I wanted, no more, no less.
His passion for the business was evident as he explained the process and answered my questions. I learned a lot in the process but more importantly, the car turned out great. The price was competitive with other shops that I compared but they did not have Jack's passion and enthusiasm for the work!
