Frank is easy to work with and a professional. He has worked on all of our laptops, and computers. He brought 3 of our laptops back to a working condition. He advises us on which ones to keep, and which ones to donate. He's our "computer guy", someone we can trust.
I chose to go to AFTech Computer Repair after my attempt to fix my computer failed.Frank was able to diagnose which parts had to be replaced and was able to get it up and running.Throughout the process I felt treated with respect regardless of the holes in my knowledge of computers which is a big reason why I will continue to go back to AFTech and Frank for help.
