Very disappointed since I have had it since I bought my homen9 years ago. Would have appreciated being grandfathered in due to my loyalty. Regardless of management's decisions, staff has always been wonderful. Today was no different. I hate the idea of changing companies. May if I can find one that honors what their policy changed. They have, until this policy change, been worth every penny. The staff cause me pause in changing providers. They are so responsive. The owners/management should reward them.“
