The best salmon ever PERIOD The cheese is amazing, too. But that salmon…..wow. Just amazing. Is mail order available? It’s too far of a drive from Florida.
My dad loved to fish, so I’ve been eating salmon since I was very young, and Steve’s hot smoked salmon is probably the best I’ve ever tasted. I recently purchased A LOT of SHSS and SHS cheese to take on an extended trip to Arizona where I shared it with the locals there. It was a huge hit, and I know my plans for next years trip will need to include even more. What makes this so special is the smokey flavor is enhanced by the natural salmon oils, and for me, the real secret to making extraordinary smoked salmon. Congratulations Steve and team on developing the perfect recipe!
