This was our first time using AMPM and was the best we had ever had! They were quick to get someone out to our house for repairs the next day (even during some of the hottest weather we have had in a while) even though every other company in the area were setting appointments for two weeks out. Their technician, Jason Knuth showed up on time (got a text with his picture and time of arrival) and after arrival, he went right to work, found the problem and then got it fixed all within an hour, saving us money. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise! Thank you Jason!!! From our first call to their office to the final repairs of our AC, their Customer Service was OUTSTANDING, and we will be using them for all our services in the future! Recommend to anyone needing service to call AMPM first!!!

I took my 7 year old daughter here to get a back to school haircut. Leah was our stylist and she was absolutely fabulous. She communicated with my daughter and made sure she felt comfortable and then made sure I was on board with the haircut plan they had laid out. We worked with Jordan and his team on a small project in our bathroom/bedroom. Jordan was communicative and flexible and the subcontractor who helped him was knowledgeable and did a great job. The finished job, which requires from trim work and drywall replacement, blends in seamlessly with what existing portions of our wall remained. We will definitely be calling Jordan and team for projects as they come up down the road!
Replaced my kitchen sink and faucet on my own… but when attempting to connect the new faucet I ran into a problem beyond my skill level (which was limited to begin with). The water valves would need replaced. I did the work on a Saturday and found this out on a Sunday morning. I had no luck when I called around (either left a message or was told someone might be able to come out later in the week); no luck until I called Arn’s Plumbing. Duane called me right back just before he was heading to church. He was able to have someone come out the next day which was incredible to me. Levi and his apprentice came out and replaced the valves, connected the faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and assembled the remaining piping all in less than an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently and charged me a fair price. More than fair considering the time they saved me by finishing the job for me. Dr. Young always takes the time to listen to me and really work on the area's that are giving me the most pain. I've always left feeling better than when I came in. I've been seeing him for about 4 months now and my pain has become so much more manageable, and at this point I only see him about twice a month for maintenance. He has been/is such a life saver!
They gave us a very reasonable quote with NO high pressure sales tactics. We needed a tear off and replacement of our old roof. They are honest and fast. Did a great job and our roof looks great!
Jason was knowledgeable and helpful providing workable options and placement the Ductless unit. He responded in a timely manner and answered any questions that we had after the onsite consult. Dusty and Chris was a great team that installed my 2head ductless heat pump. They did a professional install and cleanup. I would definitely have them back for other installations if I ever needed additional units. I will definitely recommend Home Energy Group to any of acquaintance looking for Heating and cooling product.
Lori does an excellent job. We have a very young Sheltie and Lori is great about taking care of her and ensuring she is a happy pup. There are always zoomies of excitement after a grooming session, so we know our pup is a happy girl even though she can be fussy during grooming. Lori is also great about communication before an appointment or letting us know when our pup is almost done - very helpful since I work from home and sometimes am juggling between meetings.
The team worked hard to fit the windows and door into our 30+ year old home. They discovered dry rot, fixed and painted it for a very fair price. We replaced all of our windows, and it made a huge difference in regulating temps across the house. I didn't realize how loud the outdoor sounds were until we got modern windows! This was an affordable option that allowed us to replace 27 windows and the front door all at one time.
Amazia is amazing! They treat both my large and small animals and always do a wonderful job. They're compassionate, professional, and affordable. They've always been able to get my animals in even though I didn't have an appointment. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jake at Nate’s Plumbing. He came today and replaced the pressure valve on our water system. He is such a polite and patient person. We are hosting my husband’s college buddies this weekend so Jake had four engineers out there watching him! He was so polite and very professional.
