Will’s Roofing did an amazing job. They were prompt and steady with their work schedule, communicated well, and their work quality was exceptional. They exceeded expectations on safety precautions, took great care to protect shrubs, and left the site cleaned up and organized at the end of each day. The final invoicing was more than fair. Wilfredo and his crew took on a big project for my home & detached garage which included the removal & disposal of the existing composition roofing, re-sheathing plywood over the existing shiplap roof decking, re-lining & repairing the existing built-in gutter system, installation of new downspouts, installation of new shingles & vents, replacement of rotting wood at the fascia & enclosed soffit, replacement of an existing leaky skylight and reinstalling flashing at 2 chimneys. Will and his crew were fantastic. He was clearly busy but fit in my roof before the rainy season. It needed to be completely ripped off and redone. His crew was here for 3 days and were respectful and nice. He cleaned the property every day so we could use there yard free of debris in the evening. Will sent photo and video updates everyday and found a creative solution for my crumbling 100 year old chimney that was affordable and very attractive.
