Bob is the kind of counter person I have always been happy to work with.He is willing to go the extra distance to see that the customer receives the correct information/part requested
I have owned my Kirby for 26 years. I bought it new and It has been one of my best investments, especially if you have animals. It will last me a life time. I don’t think there is a vacuum that can compare to a Kirby! I have never had a problem with my Kirby. I just get it serviced , as you should , like any piece of equipment. Never been harassed to upgrade.... because they last a lifetime. I love my service folks too! Thank you, guys!
Brought in my Heatsurge heater for repair. Bob was very friendly and helpful. He knew what the problem might be and did a great job fixing the problem. His shop is an authorized repaired shop for Heatsurge heaters.
