I needed a TB test for work and this is the clinic on my insurance card. I called to see if I could get in and the person helping me on the phone was extremely kind and helpful. He scheduled me an appointment later this month and told me to come to the extended hours clinic to see if they would do the test for me. The people working the front desk were extremely kind, helpful, welcoming, and charismatic. The wait was 2.5 hours but I didn't mind. They have AC and I have my phone to play on. Plus it was all free so of course I don't mind waiting. The lady who took me back and did my blood pressure was extremely kind and gentle. She was very apologetic for my wait.... read full review
All of the providers at this PCHS have consistently given great advice, listened attentively to my health issues, and reassured me when needed. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
It's refreshing finding holistic and thoughtful care. They service a high volume of patients and still deliver stellar service. Pretty remarkable staff. Highly recommend--Carly Briggs is amazing
