The Mitigation Team with Paul Davis of the Olympic Peninsula in charge of the mitigation work at our house did an outstanding job, were very professional, dedicated and courteous. The team included Tyler Hurtado, Kory Strunk and Justin Mayor and they all paid attention to detail and completed the work quickly and in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the work.

When the water loss happened, everything felt like it was spiraling at once. Within 45 minutes of reporting it, Lauren and Tyler were at our house, and that alone changed the entire tone of the night. In a moment of panic and uncertainty, they brought calm, reassurance, and a clear plan.

We had an outstanding experience working with Paul Davis. They were extremely professional, detail oriented, and excellent communicators throughout the process. We especially appreciated how respectful they were of our new home and how considerate they were around our pets. Lauren and Kory in particular took such great care of us every step of the way. We highly recommend Paul Davis; they were the best company we’ve worked with in Kitsap County.
