I have returned back to Washington and it was one of my first phone calls to get back on their Membership program. They had GROWN! They opened a second location in Poulsbo!! Nothing had changed, they are still this locally owned primary care who taught me how to be healthy naturally. Supportive and I would even venture to say they love their patients. “Well, it was Franks day to soldier up and accept his CV19 vaccination. So I put on my fatigues , laced up the boots and put my kevlar helmet on and made my way to KAISER.Now I'm in the parking lot, take a deep breath and walked into the lobby. Greeted by a doctor and then I was told to check in which took a minute. The wonderful nurse informed me to go down the hallway for further directions. The new nurse showed me to a room or the injection room which I entered. 10 seconds later it was all over. Only thing left was to get my sticker and wait 15 minutes and then Adiós Amigo!The folks at KAISER have the system down and that's much appreciated not only for me but the nervous people all lined up.KAISER since taking over for Group Health have really stepped up the game for health care in Washington. I've been very satisfied with my health care over last several years. Thanks Kaiser!“

“Medical reviews are tricky -- our system in the US is flawed and floundering, but that isn't specific to The Doctors Clinic or their staff. They have minimal control over their appointment availability, or in many cases the costs of their services. So this review is specific to Dr Li. She is, hands down, one of the most skilled professionals I've encountered in _any_ field, even outside of medicine. It is clear in EVERY conversation I have with her that she not only has mastery of her specialty, but just as importantly has thoroughly familiarized herself with my specific case. She asks questions like any medical professional, but she does not ask me to repeat information I've already provided to her or her staff -- she simply knows it. A doctor who knows their specialty well is not terribly rare, but a doctor who knows YOU is almost impossible to find. Dr Li is that doctor. Also important to note is that this is true of her nursing staff as well. Helpful, kind, and professional. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.“

“I had a positive covid test so I contacted the BI Rheumatology department since I am on immuno-suppressant medication. I sent a secure message via the patient portal and in less than 5 minutes my phone was ringing. I had an appointment to talk to the Rheumatology Pharmacist that afternoon via an online video session.

It was amazing to have that support and feel like they cared about me. She recommended I take Paxlovid because it would definitely help me feel better and she asked me to give her an update on how I was feeling the following week.

“I was unaware that there was a 24/7 Urgent Care at this office. I made the mistake of going to the ER at St Michaels. HUGE mistake! They let me sit there in obvious agony for two hours. I will never go back, especially now the I know about Kaiser in Silverdale. I got right back, everyone was very nice & the Practitioner helped me make an informed decision on my treatment. Silverdale is the closest town to us & it is so disappointing that our the hospital is such a train wreck. If you have Kaiser insurance, I recommend using this Urgent Care....unless it's a catastrophic injury, then you'll probably have to settle for the ER at SM.​“
