First of all, Kay is so nice! I'll walk you through my 1st massage (yes- that implies there will be more!):The room doesn't appear relaxing at first and the lights are bright, but she turns them off and works in candlelight (LED) with spa music, so none of that's a problem. She's not a talker- praise Jesus. She uses long, slow, deliberate motions which make her handwork deeply relaxing. Her pressure is perfect.
