I'm sorry I did not read the YELP reviews which also gave 1 star, as I have experienced the same. My recommendation is to avoid this company. The reviews on their website & voicemail as to their status with the Better Business Bureau is greatly misleading. Have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau to review & provided investigation number from Carrier. Carrier gave me the name of the company in my area who are trained by Carrier, Sullivan Heating. Purchased a 5 stage heat pump last year. Problems from the start with the unit. The company would not return my phone calls. Had to physically go to the office to say the heat pump was not working right. It turns out it was installed wrong (by the head of instillation). Still didn't work right. Ran off the electric. 2nd time, the lock out for freezing temp was ABOVE 36 degrees not BELOW. 3rd & 4th they time they came, again, did not return phone calls, had to go to the office, the system was struggling in Stage 5. Had to report the company to Carrier. Economy did not return Carrier's phone calls, either. The VP of the company who is also the sales person came to the house because of being reported to Carrier. Still no diagnosis of problem with heat pump. Locked it out of stage 5 because of vibration & constant defrosting. There was one good technician at Economy Hearth & Home, who called me to meet me at my home in May. He was leaving the company in June. He was aware of my issues. He detected that at installation, the factory setting of 7ft from the inside unit to the outside unit was NEVER adjusted. Factory setting of 7ft needed to be adjusted to 35ft! That explained the vibration & the struggles the system encountered by not being installed properly last August! FIVE (5) major installation MISTAKES. Wouldn't it be basic for installation to check, to adjust the factory settings! I struggle to even give this company a 1 Star. The Sales Manager has never return a call or apologize for the companies many many mistakes. And when I was forced to go to their office, the owner would accuse me of "shouting & demanding I fire his employee"? Far from what occurred. I would tell him the issues that were detected, because of poor installation & he would say "so you say". It was unprofessional and would think the owner would care about the customer, especially when the issues were from mistakes by his installation team. Carrier has taken them off their list. It is a learning curve when you think a company is trained by the company whose equipment they install, but that is not the case with Economy Hearth & Home. At this time, we are waiting on a diagnosis on my $18,000 unit to see if it is damaged from the installation mistakes. Again, like pulling teeth. I'm holding my breath. Again, not following up or returning phone calls. For the 1 yr installation check-up, it was determined that stage 1 was not working. The technician who came to the house was good & came back to fix this issue. There is now a service manager who says they are keeping records on the company's installations & visits. Prior to this, it was the owner & the sales manager, who did not care there was an issue. Very disappointed with this company. A great mistake I hired this company. BTW: I have never posted a review before... And hope I never have to in the future...

One of the employees, who claims to be the brother of the owner of the company, nearly caused an accident at the gas station because he couldn't wait his turn and tried to bully his way past me. When I honked and flipped him off he started screaming and calling me vulgar names and trying to pretend that it was my fault when multiple witnesses saw him pull out when I was already moving. If my brother represented my company like that I would fire his stupid ass. Does he work for his brother because he can't get a job anywhere else due to his ridiculous attitude and immature behavior?​

I called Economy Heating for a quote for a ductless heater for my new art studio. Their price was decent, and they installed it in good time. It works wonderfully and heats my studio with a steady, pleasant heat.
