“The staff is always courteous & efficient, but I was somewhat surprised. While waiting to register, (at around 10:35) I overheard the person ahead of me say he was here to see Dr Rasmuson at 11:00. (I was scheduled to see him at 10:45) At around 10:55, they called in the fella scheduled for 11, & left me sitting there. I did ask why that happened & was told it was because he was there first. My guess is that a mistake was made & you don't have a first come, first served policy, but as I said, I was surprised“
