Jason and Hank came right out when we discovered a small drip happening from all this rain. The took lots of pictures, found the spot, and went right to work. In 15-20 minutes our roof is 100% rain proof.
Two days prior to the scheduled date a truck arrived with the roofing materials The delivery team staged the roofing singles on the roof so that work could start promptly as scheduled The work crew arrived at the appointed time and date The team leader Burmao knocked and made sure we were ready to start work Burmao explained what work was to be done Preparation The first thing the roofing team did was to place plywood sheets to protect the windows and sliding glass doors They then put traps over the plants near the house and the deck to protect them They also put tarps and plywood down in the yard that they were using as a staging and work area Work progress The team put a trailer in driveway to receive the old roofing as it was removed Yes there is noise from them removing the old shingles, but it was not excessive Once the old shingles were off the roof the prep for the new shingles was done This included underlayment, drip edge, starter rows, vents covers and piping boots They also found and replaced roofing decking that was water and mold damaged There is noise this and the installation but I was able to watch tv programs in room directly below the area they were working on Safety During the whole time safety of the workers and us was always followed The workers used the safety harnesses The safety and protection of my property was exceptional When we needed to go outside they stopped work and acknowledged our presence When work was done the team made multiple passes with the magnetic tool to pick any nail or other metal material Cleanliness The team s preparation made clean up an well ordered process They made safety sweeps to pick up stray metal object They did a through walk around picking any material They swept the deck and the front porch and walkway They raked the yard area that they used as a work area The drive way was swept and checked for metal fragments The area, yard, deck, porch, and driveway was left clearer that it was before they started I highly recommend Cloise & Mike roofing the quality of the work and product delivered is exceptional I highly recommend the the roofing team lead by Burmao
They did the job in one day. Started in the sun finished in the pouring rain. Cleaned up everything including pinecones and tree crumbs on our deck!
