We knew Kate was the one we wanted to watch our kitties the minute we met her. She was knowledgeable about cats and proved that when she got creative in ways to get our kitties to eat. (cat owners know how finicky they can be especially when their world is interrupted) My kitties are typically very shy but they seemed to take to her quite well. Kate texted us daily updates to let us know how they were doing. That alone made our vacation so much more relaxing because I didn't stress about them being alone. I have used Animals First a number of times and I could not be happier and so are my cats. Bill stays overnight with them and I can tell when I get home that he has really done a wonderful job interacting with them. One loves to play and she lets me know in the evening, after Bill has stayed here, when it is playtime. Bill leaves a journal of the daily events and antics of the kitties as well. If I want, he even sends photos of them!He has to pill one cat and he even does that well. He brings in the mail and packages. He Is always very conscientious of checking in with me before I leave to see if there are any changes to their routine. He came out the first time I went away to get an idea of what their home was like and where things were kept. I will continue to use Kate's Animal First as I have a deep trust in them. Kate watched our house and two kitties while we were gone for 8 days. We couldn't even tell that we hadn't been here, and the kitties were well loved. She was very professional and thorough.Will absolutely be using her again.Thank you Kate!
