They gave us the wrong color of laminate and they tried to blame us right of the bat. Instead of seeing what happened first. The person that placed the order was not the person that I ordered with to add to that the I went to see what went wrong that person was not the person who actually place the order. But he felt like it some how was his place to blindly point fingers. What an embarrassment to the company. All kinds of jacked up. I talk to the owner. What he had to say was that he would compensate us $300. Ames installed flooring for us in 2020, everything looked great. April of this year pieces of our flooring are coming up in 2 places. The guy who came out to install looked at it, said he would be in touch and thats its! I've since called called Ames 3 different times and I get a runaround of "we will call back, oh I'm so sorry". Quick to sell product but wont come out and fix their mistakes. Love holding my 2 year old floor together with tape.
Awesome bathroom countertop cut and install with our product. Can't thank you enough after having unfortunate experience with a not-so skilled contractor.
