Grateful to Carrie and her team for getting my parents' home sparkling clean for the real estate market. The home needed a lot of TLC due to neglect. The cost was reasonable and they were able to get to the job quickly. Highly recommend.
We hired 1st Choice for a deep clean, gutter clean, and roof treatment before putting our house on the market. Never having worked with a cleaning company before, we didn't know what to expect, and were delighted with the results. Kirsten was personable and easy to reach to schedule our walk-through, Dana was thorough in her walk-through for the estimate, and the entire crew did a fantastic job overall. We did find a stray cigarette butt in our backyard afterwards, and an upstairs light was left on, but the entire house was spotless- probably the best it's looked in decades. Exceeded expectations. They do have a three hour minimum, but if that's what you need, hire them.Exceptional customer service, exceptional cleaning, and worked with my corporate billing requirements.My boss and I agreed, we would definitely hire them again.I love that they answer the phone, try to accommodate schedules, think outside the box on unique situations, and are all very friendly.
