I came here awhile ago to get a shellac pedicure. The pedicure itself was very good. But my issues are with service and cost. They charge you $5 for shellac removal even if you got your last shellac done at their salon. Also the front desk barely answers the phone and you walk in and there is no one at the desk. Also they make you reserve you card on file for an appt., I told them I’ll
Pay cash So I did. Next time I tried to make an appt I had to cancel, and they said if I can’t put my card on file I can’t book appts with them.
I noticed their rating went down so I thought I would share just how much I love this salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years now, and could never find a place with consistent service. That was until I started going here. I loyally drive from Redmond just to do my nails here. I love the work both Lami and Onon do, they're also so kind. There is a reason they’re almost always booked weeks in advance! Any time I take them a design it is executed beyond my expectations, the quality of the nails are amazing too, I can get fills for months without them falling or breaking. Been going to nail salons for over a year here in the Woodinville / Bothell area and after hearing so many referrals to White Lotus, I drove the distance to replace out a three week old dip. By the time the gentleman removed my old dip and filed down my nails, there were a few shorter than the rest so they did tips on them. Unfortunately, within the week I noticed the glue didn't even cover the entire tip and left a fully visible gap and my natural nail was not protected from washing dishes, wearing gloves and gardening, etc. Those three natural nail were now tearing off under the tips and in one place with no tip, the dip broke off and tore my index finder nail... read full review
