I hired George to clean my home first for a deep clean and then maintenance on a twice a month basis. No groupon, No specials! He quoted me one thing then delivered short, not even close. We don't spend much time in the basement, and we agreed (and wrote down) that he would maintain it once a month. Well, two months later, the basement still had not been touched. When I asked him about it, he said the check I wrote was only for the top floor. Offered to come and clean it another day, but I have visitors arriving and the basement had to be cleaned the same evening. George came out on a very short notice for this house that we were moving out. His price was not only very competitive but almost half the price of other estimates I have received. Then when I met him in person, he was very polite, professional and gentle. When we return home, the carpet looked amazingly clean especially around the heavy traffic area. Highly recommend!
