A great experience! Farshad and his staff are the best. I had an issue with my car that two other mechanics had failed to fix completely, and in less than a day at Safety Auto Repair, the problem was solved. Farshad also sent me a video of the problem and explained the repair, and was able to find a specific bolt that made the repair much less expensive than it would have been. I will come back again and again!
I was recommended to Farshad from a good friend of mine. I don’t take advice from most of my friends but this friend I listen to all the time and never fails me. I told him I was on my way to an auto maintenance repair at the Honda of Seattle location. While I understood their prices to be ridiculously extreme I was comforted in knowing if something went wrong with their repairs they would fix it. Anyhow, I was presented to with a steep bill of price quotes for what needs to be repaired and just thought it was ridiculous every time I go in for a simple oil change they tend to price gouge me for additional repairs. These guys are my go to mechanics! They always treat me with respect and honesty. Their work is impeccable and you cannot beat the price. I’m more than satisfied with the multiple times they’ve helped me out. Overall, the best mechanic experience I’ve had. Highly recommend to all.
