Should go somewhere else. They perform super expensive procedures without warning you about it. They just sprung a $500 Bill on me 6 months after the procedure, and I called months ago to make sure I didn't owe them anything.
I recommend going elsewhere.
Found an appointment with Primary care for Sept for Annuals, but was put on a waitlist and got an Alert for an early appointment and booked it. Finding parking spot was tough, due to which we got delayed by 5 min, secondly we went to second floor and we were sent to third floor from there to check-in causing additional delay. The PT started asking questions and as we started explaining things she interrupted and said we have limited time so we'll see what all issues can be addressed today and we thought it was Annuals. Doctor Rafat was good and patient and answered all our questions, but I guess the rescheduling to an earlier date may have changed something and converted... read full review
Dr. Minter is a wonderful primary care manager and personal physician. She is attentive to my concerns, listens carefully, gives thoughtful and appropriate responses, and asks thoughtful and appropriate questions about my health. She even read a book I had written and given her a copy of last year, and during this appointment she honored me with meaningful comments about the content of my book and the way in which I had written it. This is way beyond what one of her many patients should realistically expect from their busy doctor.
