We contacted Green City Window and Door and John immediately set up a meeting with us to discuss our project and needs. We wanted a whole house replacement and really NEEDED a whole house replacement! Based on that initial conversation, John brought a lot of sample options out to our house for us to view and go over the various qualities of each style of windows and manufacturer. Green City Windows replaced all the windows in our home a decade ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their estimating process was incredibly detailed, and the installation went off without a hitch. They took the time to thoroughly answer all our questions and were very receptive to our feedback. Given the wide range of options and complexities involved in purchasing new windows, we found the decision to go with John at Green City to be an easy one after comparing several estimates.
Years later, when we had an issue with a broken window of unknown origin, John stepped in to replace it with the same high quality as the original.
