Our hose bibb sprung a leak, darn low temperatures, and poor-quality materials. "Who You Gonna Call?" Chad Hendrix! This guy has more energy in problem solving than Mr. Wriggles McGiggles, our 10-year-old papillon, on fetch day. Problems getting through to dispatch, Chad takes care of it. Need a quote, Chad. I'm not entirely sure anyone else works here as Chad does it all. I am currently looking for more plumbing projects for this guy because he is one of the most enjoyable people to have in the house, I have two teenagers... I used to love them when it was Fox Plumbing but now things changed. Called to ask about having an electric tankless water heater installed with a unit I bought, representative said no problem at all - we set a date and had a tech come out. They were on time and perfectly friendly but immediately the tech said they don't offer this sort of instillation, the front office is new and a bit confused as they come up to speed since Fox was acquired by Gene Johnson. Okay... no worries - I went to google 'tankless water heater instillation' and they come up as the first google pick. I call again and ask and they again confirm they DO offer this service. Very pleased (Fox now called Gene Johnson Plumbing) customer! Last week GJP sent their plumber/tech Chad Hendrix to replace our old waterlines, replace our copper drainage with ABS, perform a toilet flange repair, replace our toilet and shower faucet, and replace our severely clogged kitchen drain, among other things. From the moment Chad arrived to price the job, his communication was outstanding. He was transparent about costs and what to expect when he repipes our home which was built in the 1960s and still had its original copper piping (until last week).
