I went here as a new patient for my annual wellness exam recently and absolutely loved the provider I saw! The ladies who checked me in were also so kind orienting me to the clinic and explaining where to go.
However, I wish I would have read these reviews beforehand, because like others during my wellness exam my existing health condition, was “found” during the exam. The provider wanted me to have it checked out further and provided a referral (which I didn’t use because I found a place covered 100% by my insurance).

I want to give a shout out to the phlebotomist. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. I'm a needle-phobic and I have to say she is wonderful. I was in earlier this week for a blood draw and this was the first time in my life that I did not feel the needle. She is fantastic at her job. Thank you!
I went to evergreen clinic at this location last week. I was very skeptical due to so many negative comments and low rating. But my experience was very smooth. I had my appointment with Laura Paulsen. She is very professional and listened to my concerns patiently and provided the best care. Also i was able to get the blood work done same day in same location. Overall experience was good.
