Steve at Emmanuel Construction has been our go-to for almost any job we need done around the house for around seven years now. His work is always very good quality, completed quickly, and his prices are always fair! Some of the jobs we have hired Steve for include: a full exterior house painting (including replacing some of the more weathered wood pieces), deck resurface and finish, installation of a kitchen hood vent including running the exhaust duct out through the roof (five or six years ago now, no leaks or other issues), and a job patching multiple drywall holes after extensive electrical and plumbing work. We recommend his services to anyone!

Steven/Emmanuel Construction has become my go-to contractor for remodeling and other home improvement projects. A year ago the bathroom was gutted... new tub, toilet, cabinet, sink, heated tile floor and door were all professionally and beautifully installed by Steven. He was patient while I made the final touch decisions and made suggestions when I may have been heading down the wrong path. I couldn't be happier with the results.
