Great Communication through dispatch and driver, they followed up with texts to make sure the tow truck showed Up and that my vehicle got to its destination Ok...driver was courteous and knowledgeable.

Bruce was good at communicating, called me to make sure all of the info I put in for my roadside assistance request was still accurate, and was kind. He also ended up getting to me a little earlier than expected which is always great. Overall if I had to call a tow company again or recommend one to somebody I would use Dick’s!

Stop searching and call Dick’s Towing. They made a very stressful few days so much easier. The people who answered my calls couldn’t have been nicer, and Joe, my driver, was fantastic, friendly, and operated at lightning speed. And the price was significantly lower than anywhere else I called. Being stuck is a rough experience, but I’m still kinda blown away by how much better Dick’s Towing made the whole ordeal. Thanks so much.
