Hi- really nice and respectful guy that came out and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. We were surprised later to find that in the four attic openings on our top floor, he only put the traps about six inches inside each opening. We had expected them to crawl back and put the traps further in, closer to the sounds we were hearing in the ceiling/walls. I get that there's a possibility of falling through but that's part of being really careful at this type of job I would think. My husband has crawled through a few times. Pick this one! I called yesterday, yes, yesterday, for help with yellow jackets. We are hosting an event at our house on Friday, and I was desperate for help. Guess what? They came through! Charlie is always very considerate of my dogs which is my number one priority in my household. He always explains everything to me what he found and what I need to do to help control the rodents.
