I apologize sincerely for inadvertently adding a negative review meant for a different business on this page. That review was intended for Veterinary Group Lynnwood, not your company. I'm not sure how that mistake occurred, but I have since deleted the erroneous review.
As a way to make up for the error, I would like to take the time to provide some positive feedback about your business. So far, we have only experienced great service - the cleanliness, the treatment we've received, and the costs have all been excellent. Thank you for the wonderful experience
We have had an amazing experience with the front desk staff, Misty (epic!) and the doctors. Our boy has been well cared for and he has an extra step in his walk, even acts a bit cheeky since they improved his health. We thought we were stellar fur parents and the staff here made simple recommendations that improved his well-being. They are careful to consider your pocket book and make everything simple! Misty is amazing! Dr. McKee is great with the animals, has a calm, kind demeanor and will take time to laugh with you. I appreciate her. Very reasonable rates, and compassionate care. I have never had any bad experiences with this clinic, or the employees. Having worked at a very expensive Eastside clinic for many years, I know what I am talking about. Too many of these clinics are Corporate owned, and the staff are completely directed by making more money for the Corporation that owns them. Nice to find a Vet owned clinic that only looks at what is best for your loving pet.
