I was referred to BJ for TMJ (jaw pain and popping while eating, yawning, laughing) which had been progressively worsening over the course of a year becoming a daily nuisance.
It has been three days since my 1 hour myofacial massage session and the pain has reduced significantly! I'm able to eat more comfortably (full chewing) with a greater range of motion in my jaw overall. Some things to expect:
