Airloop Heating & Cooling

Just had AirLoop out to my home to estimate installing a new MrCool ducted heat pump system. Jairo is friendly, knowlegeable and professional. Impressed by his abilty to get out to my place 2 days after my initial contact (awesome!) and knowlege of heat pump systems and related considerations (appreciated). I'll update this review and add photos if I have AirLoop install my system.

They didn't show the first time so I rescheduled and they showed up. Charged me quite a bit more than I was expecting (2x from another bid I had gotten). Ultimately they got the job done, but cost more that it should have (and they wouldn't give me a quote) and was delayed due to a no-show.

AirLoop did the work no other AC company would touch. They installed our factory direct equipment for us when others wouldn't because they couldn't charge 2-5 times Cost. The Quote AirLoop gave was fair, reasonable & all inclusive. They showed up on time and completed the Job efficiently and to our satisfaction. Customer service & satisfaction is their number one Goal. AirLoop has a Customer for Life.
