The staff here love animals. Always friendly and willing to help. When the pet sitter I had hired flaked out halfway through my business trip the staff at TPR came to my house the next morning and saved my kitty and pup. Can’t thank them enough for always being there for my animals.
Our dogs go here several times a week for play care. The time, price and package options are great. All of the pets board at tails many time a year. We have had them stay 2 weeks before and they’re always super healthy and happy coming home. All of the staff is wonderful and helpful and we can tell truly care for each animal. They know our pets quirks and give them nick names… make us feel right at home. We also use the grooming services and it had been about a decade since I had a groomer that understood how we wanted to trim our golden. Even as she got very old, they were super gentle and had ways to make grooming easy on her while keeping her super clean.
LOVE Tails Pet Resort. I have been taking my dog there for quite a while. He goes there for play days and I also board him sometimes.I can leave him there for several days and I don't think twice about it I know he's safe and they're taking wonderful care of him. I don't live close to there but I drive the distance, well worth it.
