Chuck took time to look over my heating system going over what items he cleaned and which items will need to be serviced in the next few years. My A/C stopped working suddenly. I reached out to Pristine Air and they responded quickly and sent tech out immediately. This is a Saturday 7/6. It’s the beginning of our heat wave. Chuck arrived within a half hour of my request. After I gave him details he went to work. The issue was found and parts replaced and I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you Chuck for getting my A/C working and the extras tasks you did to help this homeowner out. Highly recommend!!!!

Would highly recommend Pristine Air Services! Wes Cox was our technician. Not only was he friendly and honest, he answered all the various questions I asked. There was no left over mess, and he showed me photos of the before and after. Thanks for the five star service, Wes! We will definitely be repeat customers and recommending Pristine to our other neighbors and friends!
