“I haven't made up my mind yet and I've been here three times. I know I'm impatient and that I want things to improve immediately and that they cannot - but that doesn't stop me from wanting it!! Lol. So far I don't feel challenged and I note that not one of my 40 minute appointments has lasted 40 minutes. Additionally there are no heat pads or ice offered. It's different than my multiple previous experiences at other facilities. I will edit as I progress and hope to leave a five star review here.“

“Thank goodness for all the staff at EPT-Federal Way.
In particular Gina Devito, DPT and Christine Fernandez, LMP. Gina addressed my shoulder pain using targeted manual therapy and active rehab exercises. She also provided me with home-care instruction, stretches, and exercises to help speed recovery. After just a few (5+) visits, I am finally back to my goal 100% mobility and pain free. Gina has a wonderful demeanor and is down-to-earth in explaining her techniques. The entire professional staff are outstanding and totally friendly.
In addition, I received fantastic massage therapy from Christine who has unbelievable magic soothing hands.
Whenever I need physical therapy in the future, Epic Physical Therapy-Federal Way will be my go to.“

“I'm still seeing them. My main PT is Anna. I like the late appointment after 5:00pm but it is really hard to come by because I work from 8-5p. That being said, the saw the new guy and his name is Jake. This Jake is the same person from State Farm. Just kidding. He is was pretty cool and we connected immediately and we talked about sports so I get my mind off from the pain I have been experiencing recently. He gave a few more exercises to do at home. He was great from the beginning. I went back to grab more appointments with him.“
