“Believe me when I say that Nikki is amazing, and you can trust her to provide the absolute best service! Her extensive and impressive portfolio is more than enough reason to book with her ASAP, but it isn't the only reason: 1. I had my eyebrows microbladed on 5 JAN 2023, however, this isn't my first rodeo with Nikki, and she has mastered her craft over the years with newer techniques and technologies. I did not know you could improve upon perfection, but my eyebrows were beyond expectations. 2. Nikki is not only competent at her craft, but she is unbelievably personable. Although it had been a few years since my last appointment, it was like no time had ever passed and it felt like you were in the presence of a close friend. 3. Nikki takes the time to explain EACH and EVERY step. I know that microblading can be an anxious experience for some but her consistency with open (two-way) communication on steps, expectations, and desired outcome helps you feel at ease. This also goes for aftercare instruction questions. Although I read the lengthy email of instructions Nikki sent prior to the appointment and again attached to the paid invoice, she still patiently talked me through some additional queries. 4. My appointment was at 9:30 AM and there was ample parking when I arrived. I love how the entire process of checking-in and paying is streamlined and convenient. Her business is just a few small flights of stairs on the second floor and is easy to find. Nikki has always followed WA COVID-19 protocols and still does so. Her business has cute touches of décor and a bathroom available if you need. The chair I sat in during my appointment was so comfortable, I almost fell asleep! Nikki also has nice music playing in the background which helps you relax. Nikki is a perfectionist, which is nice to have when her work is going to be seen on your face! She is an extremely gifted artist and I encourage anyone interested/curious in getting their eyebrows microbladed to make an appointment. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!“

Caren and her team are always welcoming and accommodating, even when I forgot to schedule myself for a lash fill they found a way to squeeze me in. They go above and beyond taking care of their customers and are very knowledgeable about skin care treatments. The products they use are high quality, prior to coming here my eyes always watered and burned and I thought they were just sensitive. I'm going on a little vacation so thought I'd stop in to see if they could make my feet look more presentable for me. To my surprise, Danny, the owner said he could put acrylic on them to make them look beautiful. No salon has ever offered to do this for me even thought I have asked over the years if anything could be done. Tjen Cathy stepped in and gave me an incredible pedicure. My feet have not looked this beautiful in 2 decades! I know they are only feet, but I just wanted to cry because of what they did for me.“

I had a facial for the first time with Kyleigh and an Ashiatsu Massage with Lily. I would highly recommend the massage if you don't mind someone's feet on you.“

“I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The only services I've ever been here for are brows (but my mom gets her hair and brows done here and loves it as well) but I could not be happier. I started my brow journey here after years of attempted recovery from the early 2000s pencil brow epidemic ... I had done a lot to regrow them myself, but couldn't get the full brows I wanted, and had short "tails" and bald spots here and there that just wouldn't grow back, so I had to fill them in with pencils. They didn't look horrible but I felt so self-conscious about the way they looked without makeup. I was gifted the microblading service one Christmas (I think 2022?) and immediately was hooked! Not only was the environment SO chill (Autumn is one of the most relaxed/easiest people to talk to) but I loved how direct and clear she was. From even the first texts we exchanged back and forth she was adamant about never selling false hope or committing to a final product she couldn't achieve, which helped me fully grasp where my brows would/should end up. As a matter of fact, she wouldn't even give any assurance of ANY outcome before meeting in person for the free consultation so she could see what she was working with and make happen! I've felt confident and comfortable for the entirety of all my services so far, and Autumn is wonderful about taking a pause to check in and have her clients view the progress and feel assured that things are going how they wanted/expected. She's also constantly verbally filling you in on where she's at and what she's doing, so you always know step-by-step what is going on even without looking. What Up Brow has given me the opportunity to feel happy, confident, and PROUD of my brows for the first time in my life- which is HUGE after years of shame over non-existent brow hair. I can't imagine ever trusting anyone else with my brow maintenance and hope I never have to! She's the real MVP! A final note- I did see a very negative review of the brow services with nothing but a brief screenshot of a text thread and a very unclear view of some henna brows (which honestly didn't look bad). I don't know the girl who posted that, but what I can say is that my years of experience now working with Autumn and What Up Brow can fully confirm that all her complaints of false promises and lack of communication during a service are 1000% inaccurate, and there are also only negative reviews on that girl's account (the other even with a response from a business owner stating that girl never even got a service from her business and accusing her of defamation) so my assumption is that this girl isn't the most reliable source for an honest review“
