“This practice is here to serve the patient/customer, nothing else.I came here because one of my very old fillings popped out. They were solely focused on the issue. It had been 5 years since I had been to the dentist so I asked if they would do a comprehensive check, they didn’t push it like the other practices I’ve been to. I’ve had a horrible experience with dentists, so eventually decided to stop going to them all together. 10 years ago my dentist said I had 8 cavities… The same dentist that said “oh this will be no problem at all” when he decided to remove my heavily impacted wisdom teeth with local anesthetic and zero training in oral surgery. I didn’t realize how messed up this was at the time. I told him there was no way I was getting all 8 cavities removed, he said “well these two are really bad, you probably only have a year until you’ll need a root canal if we don’t take care of these”. I said no to getting any of the 8 cavities removed. 5 years went by and I experienced zero pain on my “8 cavities”. I went to a new dentist 5 years later and he said I had 4 cavities after a comprehensive scan (somehow 4 cavities disappeared in 5 years!). I decided to get 2 of the 4 removed. After another 5 years, I went to comfort dental and they said I had 0 cavities after I personally requested a comprehensive scan. 0 cavities makes sense considering I haven’t had any pain since I went to my previous dentist 5 years prior.Building trust is a process, but I feel confident enough to come back here annually for a tooth clean without feeling like I may be deceived. Highly recommend.“
“I don’t do too many reviews but this place is AWESOME!! Everyone at the front is super cool!! AMAZING customer service!! Shout out to Cindy, Hayy girlll!!! The doctor was very thorough on what the plan was and while he was working as well.They are were very communicative with me on the whole process. Super gentle and amazingly friendly.“
