Took in a pair of boots that needed new heels. Not only was the price right ($38 for the pair), the repair was top notch (replaced wooden heels with sturdy rubber ones, which I find much more comfortable to walk in). I also had a buckle that had a broken pin that he repaired without me even mentioning it! Nice attention to detail. Would highly recommend

I've had 2 pairs of boots and a pair of shoes repaired over the past several years. Today, I took 4 watches for battery replacement and he had them done in the time it took for me to get a haircut. Friendly, attentive customer service on every visit. Boots and shoes were done with care in an expert manner. We will see how long the batteries last; I am expecting about a year and a half. Great local business.

I couldn’t have asked for better service and craftsmanship! Bonney Lake Shoe Repair has so far added gussets to my show boots, and completely re-done my winter boots from polo to lace format! For boots that have cost me an arm and a leg, having such fabulous way of keeping my boots in great shape instead of purchasing new ones is phenomenal. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I have also taken in my leather jacket I had for over 20years to fix a pocket I ripped thanks to a door handle, it now looks as if nothing has ever happened to it.
